Special Powder Coatings

For inspiration and full protection EXALCO offers powder coating and anodizing services of high quality and a wide colour range.
EXALCO insures quality and fine aesthetic result, by following strictly all international standards and having quality certifications like ISO 9001, QUALICOAT for the coating unit and QUALANOD for the anodizing unit.

The QUALICOAT certification includes the seaside class certification.

The anodizing unit offers total colour control, uniform result, smooth surface and improves anti-corrosion behaviour for improved durability.

Powder Coating

EXALCO's powder coating units can cover a wide RAL color palette of over 200 ral colors.
The basic color palette includes 64 different colors:
41 Ral Glossy,
17 with special effects and
6 Ral mat Colors.

Woοd Imitation

Regarding wood imitation, EXALCO offers a palette of 17 different patterns. The finish can either be glossy or grained.

Marble Imitation

EXALCO has the capability to offer the basic aesthetics of marble.

Inox Anodizing

The INOX-type anodizing color palette includes 3 mat colors and 3 multi-colouring with green, blue and red among them.

Fantasia Series

Customised pattern imprints can be provided through the "fantasy" series.
